What this site is (and isn’t)

This is an informational and inquiry site. Submitting a form, downloading our pricing guide, taking the vision quiz, or requesting a tour does not book a date, reserve the venue, or create a contract. Your date is only held once we’ve spoken directly and you’ve signed a booking agreement and paid any required deposit. Prices, packages, and availability shown here are starting points and may change until they are confirmed in your personal proposal.

The vision quiz and information you share

Our vision quiz and forms ask for details about you and your event so we can respond and prepare relevant recommendations. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and intellectual property

The photos, text, and design on this site belong to The Cove at St. Johns or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.

No warranties

This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Anything on this site is for general information and is not a binding offer.
