The Cove is owner-run. Nilsa spent 22 years in the military before she opened it, and she plans and styles every celebration with her in-house team — she's also the one who walks you through the room on your tour. When you reach out, your reply comes from her, usually within a few hours. Spanish-speaking service is available for quinceañera families.
