Can we host a meeting, training, or presentation at the venue?
Yes. The roughly 1,500-square-foot room seats up to 100 attendees, and our team arranges the space around your agenda. Tell us about your presentation and equipment needs when you request a date, and we’ll walk through the setup together on a private tour.
Who handles the room setup and breakdown?
Our in-house team does. Setup, decor, and teardown are handled by the venue, so your staff can focus on the agenda instead of the logistics.
Where is the venue, and is there parking for attendees?
We’re at 616 State Rd 13 N Unit 10 in Fruit Cove, FL — St. Johns County, just south of Jacksonville — with on-site parking for your attendees.
Will other events be going on during our corporate event?
No. We host one event at a time, so the whole venue is your company's — no noise or foot traffic from other bookings.
